Inspired by the artist’s journey across France, this work reflects a personal encounter between art, place, friendship, and movement. Carrying artworks from city to city for a series of exhibitions, the artist experienced each destination not merely as a place to present art, but as part of an evolving artistic journey—shaped by encounters with friends, fellow artists, and individuals who helped bring each exhibition to life. From Paris and Caen in Normandy to Tours, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lyon, and Bourges, each city became a chapter in this journey, leaving its own trace upon the artist’s memory and creative consciousness. The work transforms these experiences into a visual reflection on connection, travel, and the enduring relationships that emerge through the shared language of art.
